Frankfurt Digital Finance 2026: Niclas Barthélemy as speaker
scoreprise.AI at Frankfurt Digital Finance 2026: Niclas Barthélemy as speaker on "The Human-Agentic Shift"
We are very pleased to announce that scoreprise.AI will be represented at Frankfurt Digital Finance 2026 by our Co-Founder & CEO Niclas Barthélemy as a speaker, one of the most important European conferences for digital finance innovation.
Together with EY
The news reached us a few weeks ago: an invitation from EY to take part in Frankfurt Digital Finance 2026 as a speaker. For us as a young company specialising in AI employees for sales, marketing and strategic analysis, this is an exceptional opportunity to share our perspective on the future of work with AI on one of the most respected European stages.
On 11 February 2026, Niclas Barthélemy will take the stage together with high-calibre industry experts, and on a topic that could hardly fit our daily work better: "Beyond AI Automation: The Human-Agentic Shift".
---
The panel: when automation meets human leadership
Session C2 "Beyond AI Automation: The Human-Agentic Shift" takes place on 11 February 2026 from 14:55 to 15:45 and is moderated by Marinela Bilic-Nosic of EY.
The core questions of the panel:
How is AI changing the financial sector?
How do we make the shift from pure automation to genuine hybrid teams of people and AI employees?
These questions get to the heart of what we develop and put into practice at scoreprise.AI every day: AI employees that do not act as mere tools, but as genuine team members, with clear roles, defined responsibilities and measurable impact.
The panel participants:

Torsten Dannenberg, AI & Data Lead Financial Services at EY
Prof. Gregory Wheeler, Head of the Computational Science & Philosophy Department at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management
Varlam Ebanoidze, Head of FinTech & SupTech Development at the National Bank of Georgia
Niclas Barthélemy, Co-Founder & CEO of scoreprise.AI
The composition of the panel promises an engaging dialogue between academic research, a regulatory perspective, advisory expertise and practical AI implementation.
Why this conference matters to us
Frankfurt Digital Finance is far more than an ordinary industry conference. With this year's theme "#FDF2026: Europe, Seize the Moment!" it positions itself as a catalyst for the digital transformation of the European finance industry.
The facts speak for themselves:
1,500+ participants from across the entire financial ecosystem
International focus, Germany's only English-language conference of its kind
C-level focus, decision-makers from banks, FinTechs, investors, regulators and academia
Two days of concentrated innovation at the historic Palmengarten Frankfurt
The conference brings the entire European ecosystem together: established financial institutions meet emerging technology companies, regulators meet innovators, investors meet founders. It is exactly this mix that makes Frankfurt Digital Finance a unique platform.
The topics for 2026:
Generative AI and Quantum Technologies
Payment, Digital Money and Digital Assets
Open Finance and SME Banking
Financing Growth, Innovation and Sustainable Transformation
EU Regulatory Trends and Supervision
European Capital Markets Integration and IPO Framework
Our contribution on the "Human-Agentic Shift" fits well into the broader discussion around Generative AI, with the decisive difference that we can report from practice: what does it look like when AI employees actually work inside companies?
Our perspective: AI employees instead of mere automation
At scoreprise.AI we deliberately distinguish between automation and AI employees. Automation optimises existing processes. AI employees take on complete roles.
This distinction is fundamental:
Automation replaces repetitive activities with algorithms. The result: efficiency gains with an unchanged organisational structure.
AI employees, by contrast, act as independent team members with defined responsibilities, goals and areas of impact. They do not work for people, they work with people.
An example from our practice:
Our AI employee Carl specialises in lead generation and sales qualification. He identifies potential customers, enriches leads with relevant information and pre-qualifies them according to defined criteria. The result: human sales staff can concentrate on what they do best, building relationships and closing deals.
Our AI employee Paul takes on competitor and market analysis at a depth and continuity that would be hard to scale with people alone. He observes markets, analyses competitors and delivers structured insights that are ready for decisions.
This is the Human-Agentic Shift in practice: people and AI employees work together in a complementary way, each to their strengths.
What it means for the financial sector
The financial sector faces a particular challenge: it must drive innovation while at the same time meeting the highest standards in compliance, transparency and control.
This is exactly where the panel topic "Beyond AI Automation" becomes relevant:
How can Agentic AI be used responsibly in Financial Services?
How do we balance autonomy with control?
How do we create transparency in AI-driven decision processes?
On the panel, Niclas will bring the perspective of a practitioner, an entrepreneur who works with customers every day on implementing AI employees and, in doing so, navigates the balance between efficiency, impact and human control.
Prominent fellow participants at FDF 2026
The quality of a conference is also reflected in its speakers. Frankfurt Digital Finance 2026 brings together some of the most influential voices in European finance:
Nicola Beer, Vice-President of the European Investment Bank
Piero Cipollone, Member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank
Dr Jörg Kukies, former Federal Minister of Finance
Prof. Dr Fritzi Köhler-Geib, Member of the Executive Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank
Stéphane Boujnah, CEO & Chairman of Euronext
Dr Tamaz Georgadze, CEO of Raisin
Miriam Wohlfarth, Founder & Co-CEO of Banxware
Martina Weimert, CEO of the European Payments Initiative (EPI)
Being part of this as a speaker is both an honour and a responsibility for scoreprise.AI: we bring a perspective that goes beyond theoretical discussions, the perspective of those who actually build and implement AI employees.
What we hope to gain from the exchange
Niclas Barthélemy sums it up in his LinkedIn post:
"I am incredibly looking forward to the exchange. And to representing our team on this stage."
For us, this appearance is about more than visibility. It is about:
Seeking dialogue, with banks, FinTechs, regulators and academics
Sharing practical experience, what works, what does not, and where the real challenges lie
Learning, from other perspectives, other sectors, other approaches
Building networks, with potential partners, customers and fellow participants
The "Human-Agentic Shift" is no longer a vision of the future, it is happening now. And we are proud to be part of this discussion.
