Market Intelligence

Market monitoring for your company. Every figure with a source and a date.

Price changes by suppliers, movements in raw materials, new requirements in a target market: what will change your planning next quarter shows up first in price lists, approval registers and annual reports. An AI employee for market intelligence monitors these sources at the agreed interval, brings market sizes, prices, commodities, trade flows, regulation and patents together with your internal figures and calculates through to the forecast. It is built for your company, according to your markets, your segments and your terms.

Market Intelligence

Market analysis and market monitoring for your markets. Market sizes, prices, commodities, trade flows, regulation and patents, monitored on an ongoing basis and brought together with your own figures.

Monitor

The AI employee reads competitor pages, product catalogues, patent databases, annual reports as well as approval and regulatory sources. Purchased market databases fill the gaps where public sources fall short. For purchasing and product management, commodity prices can be monitored in the same run.

Assess

Every observation is recorded historically, categorised and brought together with your portfolio, your key figures and your terms, in the segments and countries in which you operate. Surveys in the sense of classic market research are not included.

Calculating ahead

Before a forecast counts, the AI employee back-calculates the previous years. If the back-calculation matches the actual figures, the calculation is made for the coming year. In this way market trends become visible before they reach the planning stage.

Determine market size

The market volume by country, traceable down to the individual figure.

Segments and categories follow the structure of your business. Every figure carries a source and a date, the derivation remains expandable down to the individual data record, and the stock is updated at the agreed interval. Market potential analysis and planning build on the same basis, and any question about the origin of a figure can be answered in committee.

Identify market trends

First recalculate the previous years, then the coming year.

First, we reconstruct how a decision came about in previous years and on what data basis. Then the AI employee recalculates these previous years. Only when the back-calculation matches the actual figures do we calculate for the coming year, across the life cycles of market, technology and product.

“Invoices, offers and non-disclosure agreements now come out of a Teams message or a forwarded email for us. Time spent is recorded in the background, the offer comes back as a finished document, the NDA is filed in the right folder. We spend our time with the entrepreneurs we support, and the rest just runs.”

“The area runs through the night, and in the morning the picture is on the table. Deviations arrive with a reason and the position affected, not as raw data. Mandates that comply with the policy pass through without us, and only the exception lands on the table, with a suggested wording. We review instead of searching.”

“Every enquiry arrives with its trigger, its chain of signals and a priority. Sales no longer pieces together who got in touch and why, it holds conversations. The existing base is working again as well: cases that declined two years ago and fit today come back on their own.”

Frequently asked questions

Where do the figures come from?

From public sources such as competitor websites, patent databases, annual reports and regulatory sources, supplemented by purchased market databases where public sources leave gaps. Every figure carries its source and the date of collection.

What is the difference between market monitoring and market analysis?

The market analysis describes a market at a point in time: size, segments, providers, prices. Market monitoring carries this state forward and reports what has changed since the last run. At scoreprise, both are held in one dataset. If you want to have a market analysis produced, you receive the current state and its continuation from a single source, without running market analysis software and a separate monitoring setup.

How is the market volume calculated?

For each country and segment from several types of source that are checked against one another. Every figure carries its source and date, and the derivation remains expandable down to the individual record. Which sources hold up for your market is determined in the scoping workshop.

Can the market shares of competitors be determined?

As a derivation from the market volume and the published figures of the providers, for each country and segment. Where a provider does not report segment figures, the figure is marked as an estimate and shown with its basis.

How often is the data updated?

At an agreed cycle that suits the subject, weekly for instance. The AI employee recognises what has changed since the previous run and delivers the change, instead of reporting the whole body of data again.

How does the build start?

With a first conversation and a scoping workshop, which produces a role profile with a target profile, signals, volume estimate and delivery format. The build starts with one case, validated with the responsible specialist, then scaled. The contract can be cancelled monthly.

Where does operation take place?

Entirely in the EU. Transmission is encrypted, access is role-based, every step of work is logged.

Who owns what is built?

To you. Configurations, capture and monitoring logic, prompt libraries and model parameters belong to the client and are handed over in machine-readable form when the contract ends.

Next step

A first conversation, held as a dialogue and without a presentation.
