Product Intelligence
Analyse competitor products and read them against your portfolio. Product launches, changes and end-of-life notices in the observed field, monitored continuously and combined with your own range.
The AI employee reads product catalogues, price lists, approval and standards sources, trade fair announcements and the trade press. Competitors' product datasheets are evaluated and recorded by attribute. Purchased databases fill the gaps where public sources fall short.
Each observation is recorded with its history, assigned to the product and read against your range, your prices and your roadmap. A product comparison counts only once it states which of your series is affected and where a gap or an overlap arises.
Whatever touches your portfolio reaches product management, sales and development at the agreed intervals: as a report in your corporate design, as a newsletter per market or as a Teams message.
Product comparison competitors
Technical parameters of competitor products, compared attribute by attribute.
Your own product ranges and competitor products are set side by side attribute by attribute: performance data, variants, prices, coverage and gaps, updated at the agreed interval. This portfolio analysis of the products is the basis for product benchmarking and roadmap decisions. Every entry carries a source and a date, and the comparison remains expandable down to the individual datasheet.
Book a callProduct monitoring
Identify competitors' new products at an early stage.
Prices, datasheets, delivery times and variants come together in a single record. The AI employee detects what has changed since the last run, assigns it to the product and researches conflicting information. A new revision in a datasheet or an announcement in a trade fair catalogue thus becomes visible before the product reaches your customers.
Book a callTrend radar, technology scouting, patent monitoring
Building a trend radar for product management.
The AI employee tracks technologies and product trends in the field under observation, sorts them by proximity to your portfolio and places the evidence next to each ring. Technology scouting and patent monitoring run in the same pass: new competitor filings appear in the radar, without separate patent monitoring software. Your product management decides which trend deserves a project.
Book a callProduct file
From datasheet to file.
Every change is attributed to the product and stored in its history: specifications, prices, variants, delivery times and its stage in the lifecycle. Anyone preparing a product decision or a submission to a committee opens the product's file and finds the current state there, with source and date.
Book a callHow your AI employee works
Product analysis as an AI employee, built for your company. Dashboard, reports and delivery follow your processes, and every assessment remains verifiable.
Time series, comparisons and forecasts sit structured in a working interface that is built for your company. Access is role-based, each person sees the section that belongs to their task.
You know which attributes make the difference in your market. The AI employee adopts your criteria, your terms and your sources, learns from the feedback of its users and is developed strategically over the term.
Reports in the corporate design, newsletters and Teams messages are produced without manual reporting work. When a material change occurs, it reaches the stakeholders on its own, in the channel they already use.
Your product data in the tools your team uses anyway. The answer comes from the same verified basis.

Three ways to check our work in advance: the comparison of our features with the largest providers, documented cases from other companies and a check of how robust your market view is today.
Provider comparison
226 features of the product analysis, attribute by attribute against the largest providers of product intelligence. The methodology is disclosed.
Best practices
How companies across various sectors have brought market and sales intelligence into their operations: for each case, the task, the sources and the output format. The collection is growing.
Maturity check
How reliable is your view of the product landscape? Four stages from gut feeling to substantiated: datasheets per attribute, cadence, comparison with your own portfolio and delivery to product management and sales.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the information come from?
From public sources such as product catalogues, price lists, datasheets, approval and standards sources and the trade press, supplemented by purchased databases where public sources leave gaps. Each entry carries its source and the date of collection.
Does this replace a reverse-engineering product analysis?
No. The product analysis works on a document basis: datasheets, catalogues, approvals, standards, price lists and trade fair announcements. The AI employee does not carry out physical disassembly of competitor products. Results from your own tests can be included in the product file as an internal source.
Are standards and approvals tracked as well?
Approval and standards sources are among the monitored sources, and changes are assigned to the affected product. This does not replace standards management software with full-text administration and an approval workflow.
Is there a product analysis template?
The attribute structure follows your range, not a template. In the scoping workshop, we determine which product series, competitors and technical parameters matter to you. We show how a portfolio comparison and a product file are structured in an initial meeting, using an anonymised example.
How often is the data updated?
At an agreed cycle that suits the subject, weekly for instance. The AI employee recognises what has changed since the previous run and delivers the change, instead of reporting the whole body of data again.
How does the build start?
With a first conversation and a scoping workshop, which produces a role profile with a target profile, signals, volume estimate and delivery format. The build starts with one case, validated with the responsible specialist, then scaled. The contract can be cancelled monthly.
Where does operation take place?
Entirely in the EU. Transmission is encrypted, access is role-based, every step of work is logged.
Who owns what is built?
To you. Configurations, capture and monitoring logic, prompt libraries and model parameters belong to the client and are handed over in machine-readable form when the contract ends.
