Competitive Intelligence
Competitor monitoring and competitive analysis for your markets. Prices, product launches, acquisitions, personnel moves and tenders of your competitors and target accounts, monitored on an ongoing basis and brought together with your own position.
The AI employee reads competitor websites, product catalogues, price lists, commercial registers, annual reports and trade press. Competitors' job advertisements are evaluated too, because a new team usually becomes visible before the new product does. Purchased databases fill the gaps where public sources leave them.
Every observation is recorded with its history, assigned to the provider and read against your portfolio, your prices and your pipeline. Observing the competition is the first step; the second is stating which of your positions is affected and what has shifted since the last run.
Whatever touches your position reaches the stakeholders at the agreed cadence: as a report in your corporate design, as a newsletter or as a Teams message. This applies to competitive monitoring in mid-sized companies as well as in large corporations; scope and cadence are set during scoping.
Creating competitor profiles
Every provider under observation receives a dossier with its history.
Profile, portfolio, prices, personnel moves and event history are held per provider in a file that is updated at the agreed cadence. Creating and maintaining competitor profiles thus ceases to be a manual task. Every entry carries a source and date, and the history remains expandable down to the individual report.
Book a callCompetitor monitoring and price tracking
Monitor competitors automatically, the assessment stays with you.
Prices, launches, acquisitions, personnel moves and tenders come together in a single record. The AI employee detects what has changed since the last run, assigns it to the provider and follows up on conflicting information. Price tracking of competitors runs in the same cycle, and each change is delivered with its source and date.
Book a callCompetitive benchmarking
Your position in the competitive field, updated after each run.
A competitive analysis in B2B only holds up when the outside is read against the inside. The AI employee sets each move by competitors against your portfolio, your prices and your pipeline and states which position is affected and what has shifted since the last run. This competitive benchmarking is the basis for battle cards in sales and for committee papers.
Book a callDossier
From the single signal to the file.
Each observation is attributed to the provider and stored in its history: portfolio, prices, personnel moves, financial situation and the events of recent years. Anyone preparing a conversation, a negotiation or a committee paper opens the provider's file and finds the current state there with source and date.
Book a callHow your AI employee works
Competitive intelligence software that works as an AI employee. Dashboard, reports and delivery follow your processes, and every assessment remains verifiable.
Timelines, comparisons and dossiers are held in a structured way within a single working interface, expandable down to the individual report. Access is role-based, and each person sees the section that belongs to their task.
You know which competitors matter and how to recognise a move. The AI employee adopts your criteria, your naming and your sources, learns from the feedback of its users and is developed strategically over the term.
Reports in the corporate design, newsletters and Teams messages are produced without manual reporting work. When a material change occurs, it reaches the stakeholders on its own, in the channel they already use.
Your competitive data in the tools your team already uses. The answer comes from the same verified basis.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the information come from?
From public sources such as competitor websites, price lists, job postings, commercial registers, annual reports and the trade press, supplemented by purchased databases where public sources leave gaps. Every entry carries its source and the date it was recorded.
What is the difference between competitor monitoring and competitor analysis?
Competitor analysis describes your competitors at a point in time: portfolio, prices, positioning, financial position. Competitor monitoring carries this picture forward and reports what has changed since the last run. At scoreprise, both sit in a single record: the dossier for each provider is the analysis, and the competitive monitoring keeps it current.
Is there a competitor analysis template or example?
The structure follows your business, not a template. In the scoping workshop, you determine which providers, event types and comparison metrics matter to you. In the initial conversation, we show how a dossier and a weekly report are built, using an anonymised example.
How often is the data updated?
At an agreed cycle that suits the subject, weekly for instance. The AI employee recognises what has changed since the previous run and delivers the change, instead of reporting the whole body of data again.
How does the build start?
With a first conversation and a scoping workshop, which produces a role profile with a target profile, signals, volume estimate and delivery format. The build starts with one case, validated with the responsible specialist, then scaled. The contract can be cancelled monthly.
Where does operation take place?
Entirely in the EU. Transmission is encrypted, access is role-based, every step of work is logged.
Who owns what is built?
To you. Configurations, capture and monitoring logic, prompt libraries and model parameters belong to the client and are handed over in machine-readable form when the contract ends.
