scoreprise Intelligence MCP

The knowledge of your AI employees. In every tool your company uses.

Everything an AI employee researches, brings together, calculates and reports is held in a central knowledge base. Through the scoreprise Intelligence MCP, your staff access it from Word, Excel, Teams, Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude. Role-based, with a source and date on every figure.

An AI employee is not tied to any environment.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard through which tools and language models access external knowledge sources. Most of the tools that companies work with today support it: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Langdock, along with your own agents that your IT department has already built.

The scoreprise Intelligence MCP turns the knowledge base of your AI employees into such a source. A sales manager asks in Teams about the assessment of an enquiry, a product manager retrieves current competitor prices in Excel, the board has the market situation summarised in Copilot. Every answer comes from the same verified basis, and no one has to open a new tool for it.

What can be retrieved through the MCP.

Everything that an AI employee produces in regular operation is stored in its knowledge base and, from that moment, is available to authorised users.

Researched foundationsMarket sizes, competitor profiles, product data, enquiry assessments. Every entry carries a source and a date, so that every figure can be traced back to its reference.
Consolidated analysesComparisons against your own figures, portfolios against policies, progress against targets. The result of the assessment, not just the raw material.
Created documentsReports, newsletters, dossiers and drafts in the corporate design. What the AI employee has sent remains findable and citable.
Signals and eventsPricing rounds, acquisitions, new tenders, deviations. With the time, the origin and the assessment that the AI employee provided on them.
Key figures over timeHow a value has developed over weeks and quarters, with every interim status. Questions about the history no longer require spreadsheet archaeology.
Open points and follow-up questionsWhat the AI employee has submitted for approval, what still needs to be answered and who is responsible. The state of work, visible to everyone.

The MCP is set up once in your environment. After that it is available in every tool that supports the standard, including agents that your IT has built itself.

Everyone sees what they are allowed to see.

Access via the MCP follows the roles that you define during scoping. Your department decides who in the company may retrieve which analysis, not the tool.

Role-basedAccess rights per role, department or project. Sales sees enquiry assessments, asset management sees the policy comparisons, the board sees the summary.
TraceableEvery answer via the MCP names the source, the date and the AI employee that produced it. What is cited can be checked.
In GermanyThe knowledge base is held in German data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data does not train any models.
No lock-inThe MCP is an open standard. If your company changes the tool, access to the knowledge base remains. Export to JSON, CSV and Markdown at any time.

This is what it looks like in day-to-day work.

Four questions, four tools, one knowledge base. Nobody opens a dashboard for it.

Head of sales · in Teams“How has last night's enquiry been assessed?”The AI employee for lead intelligence provides a company profile, a trigger and a priority, with a source for each item. Directly in the chat, without switching to the CRM.
Product management · in Excel“Current list prices of the three main competitors for series X.”The table fills from the competitive intelligence knowledge base, each cell with a date and a reference. The comparison against your own price list stands alongside.
Board · in Copilot“Summarise the market situation in the DACH region for the board.”Copilot accesses the market reports of market intelligence via the MCP and writes the summary from the checked basis, not from the open web.
Adviser · in Word“Insert the policy comparison for mandate 4711 into the advisory documentation.”The overnight comparison from wealth management is held in the knowledge base. Word pulls it into the draft with a justification for each position.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a new tool for this?+

No. The MCP is integrated into the tools your team already uses: Microsoft 365 with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Langdock or your own agents. An additional dashboard is possible, but not a requirement.

Who decides who may retrieve what?+

Your department, in the scoping workshop. Rights are set per role and can be adjusted during operation. A user sees only the analyses they are authorised for.

Where is the data that the MCP accesses held?+

In data centres in Germany, encrypted in transit and at rest. The request from the tool is processed and answered, but the data itself does not leave the knowledge base and is not used for any model training.

What happens if we change tools?+

Nothing changes in the knowledge base. The MCP is an open standard, the new access is set up and the content remains. In addition, you can export at any time in JSON, CSV and Markdown.

Can we also connect our own data sources?+

Yes, as part of the scoping. Internal systems such as CRM, ERP or document repositories are assigned to the AI employee as sources. What it brings together from them can then also be retrieved through the MCP.
