On the Core Panel, our Co-Founder Niclas Barthélemy spoke on the topic "Beyond Automation: AI as an integral part of modern company culture".

The panel's central question: what can be expected when AI becomes part of how a company decides, leads and works together?

This was exactly where Niclas could share how we work internally at scoreprise.AI and what the main drivers are when AI employees start in a company.

The biggest driver: fun

The biggest driver is simpler than many think: fun.

No matter the scope, no matter the complexity: AI takes hold when the team enjoys working with it.

That is why we make our points of contact internal champions in every project. We give them a storytelling approach they can use to carry inward the relief they are currently experiencing.

And that is exactly why we create AI employees as digital personalities. With names, skills and a defined role in the team.

For mid-sized companies and for corporate structures, this is much easier to communicate than technical jargon. Even at C-level, no prior AI experience is needed for this.

An example from practice

At many of our industrial clients, Paul and Amelie handle market and product intelligence: market research, competitor reports, quarterly analyses, product comparisons, supporting the product managers at an international level.

Internally, it then simply becomes: from now on, Paul and Amelie do that. They sit in the Business Intelligence team and do a great job.

Perspectives from the panel

Julia made a point we agree with completely: she only hires candidates who can work with AI.

And Jan opened up the view on the younger generation.

Pursuing your dream job after graduating is a real challenge today. AI skills are therefore becoming more and more important.

Jan runs hackathons professionally and brings to life exactly the motivation that so many in Generation Z carry within them: the urge to build something and to create value.

This euphoria you feel when you start working with AI is massively underestimated.

What becomes more and more important with AI

Companies are looking for exactly these driven people.

Because with AI, three things become more and more important:

  • conceptual thinking
  • speed
  • ownership

With us, the developers carry extremely high responsibility, because developing with AI alone already makes an incredible amount possible.

AI makes us faster, more efficient and better.

What no one takes off our hands to this day is the strategic, conceptual thinking across several projects. We deliberately keep these decisions with people.
